Pyongyang, December 25 (KCNA) -- Wreaths were sent to the bier of leader Kim Jong Il by political parties, organizations and personages of Bangladesh and Italy.

They were from the C.C., the Workers' Party of Bangladesh, the C.C., the Socialist Party of Bangladesh, the Bangladesh People's League, the Bangladesh Institute of the Juche Idea, the Bangladesh-Korea Friendship Solidarity Committee.

They were also from Dilip Barua, minister of Industry of Bangladesh and general secretary of the C.C., the Communist Party of Bangladesh (Marxist-Leninist); Hasanul Huq Inu, chairman of the Central Executive Committee of the Bangladesh National Socialist Party; Ghazi Zafar Ahmed, former prime minister of Bangladesh; the editor of the Bangladeshi paper Blits; the general director of the Bangladeshi Cosmos Company; the manager of a granite mining company of Bangladesh; Giancarlo Elia Valori, chairman of the Italian General Investment Group; Baeli, president of "C.I.S. Estero" Group of Italy.

The wreaths were laid before the bier of Kim Jong Il placed in the Kumsusan Memorial Palace on Sunday.
