Pyongyang, December 26 (KCNA) -- Bolivian President Evo Morales Aima expressed deep condolences on the passing of leader Kim Jong Il.

Upon authorization of the president, the Bolivian ambassador to Brazil paid a condolatory visit to the DPRK embassy in Brasilia on Dec. 23 and paid a silent tribute to the memory of Kim Jong Il.

He asked the DPRK ambassador to convey an oral condolence message of the Bolivian president to Kim Jong Un, vice-chairman of the Central Military Commission of the Workers' Party of Korea.

The message said:

I would like to express condolences to Your Excellency Kim Jong Un, the leader of the Korean people, on the passing away of HE Kim Jong Il, the great leader of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea.

It's my firm belief that the Korean people will victoriously advance the socialist cause under your leadership.
