Pyongyang, December 27 (KCNA) -- Kenichi Ogami, secretary general of the International Institute of the Juche Idea, expressed condolences before the bier of leader Kim Jong Il on Dec. 27.

Amid the playing of solemn music a wreath was placed in the name of the secretary general.

He paid a silent tribute to Kim Jong Il before his bier in humblest reverence and viewed the bier.

He made the following entry in the mourners' book:

We heard the sad news, too sudden and too unbelievable at a time when we are working hard to accomplish the revolutionary cause of Juche which was glorified by great General Secretary Kim Jong Il.

The adherents to the Juche idea in the world are overcome with bitter sorrow.

Though Kim Jong Il passed away, he will always live in our hearts.

We feel reassuring as we are under Kim Jong Un, successor to Kim Jong Il and leader of the Korean people.

We will as ever struggle to the last, holding Kim Jong Un in high esteem as the great leader guiding the revolutionary cause of Juche.
