Pyongyang, December 28 (KCNA) -- Leader Kim Jong Il made sure that the best palace for babies was built with a huge financial investment, regarding the children as the kings of the country.

Jang Son Mi, a lady doctor, 31, said:

He seems to get up right now, when hearing the cries of babies. On the morning of December 19 when the 411th set of triplets were born we officials and employees decided to present a letter to Kim Jong Il if the 415th set of triplets are born next year, the centenary of birth of President Kim Il Sung."
