Pyongyang, December 28 (KCNA) -- Koreans in Uzbekistan visited the DPRK embassy in Tashkent on December 26 on the demise of leader Kim Jong Il.

They included officials of Koreans' organizations in Uzbekistan, heads of Koreans' art troupes and Koreans in Tashkent Region.

They laid wreaths and bunches of flowers before the portrait of Kim Jong Il and paid silent tribute to him.

They mourned in the humblest reverence the demise of Kim Jong Il who devoted himself to the prosperity of the country and the happiness of its people all his life.
