Foreign Personages Mourn Demise of Kim Jong Il

Pyongyang, December 29 (KCNA) -- Personages of Finland and Ecuador issued statements on the demise of leader Kim Jong Il.

Antti Sika Aho, chairman of the Finland-Korea Society, said in a statement on December 25, said that he expressed deep condolences to the bier of Kim Jong Il.

Kim Jong Il was the great leader who devoted his all to most loyally upholding the revolutionary ideas and cause of President Kim Il Sung, the eternal President of the DPRK, without the slightest deviation, said the statement.

Standing at the head of the Korean people is the dear respected Kim Jong Un. it noted.

Trotsky Serano, president of the Canar Provincial Institute for the Friendship and Solidarity with DPRK of Ecuador, in a statement on December 23 praised Kim Jong Il as the great sun of the 21st century and a world political elder.

The undying feats he performed for global independence will always go down in history, the statement said, and continued:

Kim Jong Il's revolutionary cause is sure to be accomplished under the leadership of Kim Jong Un.

Miriam Pellegrini Ferri, president of the Group of Dialectical Materialists of Italy and chairperson of the Italian Committee for the Study of Songun Idea for Independence and Sovereignty, and Bruno De Vita, president of the Teleambiente TV Consortium, in their television appearances on Dec. 21 praised Kim Jong Il's personality as a great man on his demise.
