Pyongyang, December 30 (KCNA) -- Evariste Boshab, secretary general of the People's Party for the Reconstruction and the Democracy of Democratic Congo, sent a wreath to express deep condolences on the demise of leader Kim Jong Il.

The wreath was laid before his smiling portrait in the plaza of the Pyongyang Indoor Stadium Thursday.
