Pyongyang, December 30 (KCNA) -- A strong wind hit Estonia on Dec. 26, causing damage.

It rooted out trees and cut power transmission lines, leaving about 46,000 dwelling houses without electricity, and paralyzed traffic.

On the same day a strong wind swept west and south areas of Finland, suspending power supply to about 300,000 houses. And roads were blocked and train operation stopped.
