Moscow, December 30 (KCNA) -- Russia is now taking positive steps to bolster the strategic rocket forces.

The second missile regiment, equipped with mobile missile complex Yars, went on a combat duty on December 27.

Russia plans to rearm various missile combined units with the latest mobile missile complex, according to a spokesman for the Strategic Rocket Forces of Russia.
