Pyongyang, December 31 (KCNA) -- The Arab League on Tuesday called on the international community to make efforts to end the Israel's siege on the Gaza Strip.

"Israel is still tightening its siege on Gaza. This siege is against the international laws and norms," the league said in a statement.

The statement added the international community should take its responsibility to lift the unfair siege on the Gaza Strip.
