Pyongyang, December 31 (KCNA) -- The number of jobless people in France hit a record high in November.

According to figures of the Labor Ministry on Dec. 26, 29,900 more jobseekers were reported in November, up by 1.1 percent month on month and 5.2 percent year on year.

It drove up the total job demands to 2.844 million in France's mainland, the highest level since 1999.
