The Pacific Sea Fleet of Russia staged military exercises at the end of last year, in which warships launched missiles and torpedoes at underwater targets. The crew of the warships improved their combat tactics for protecting ships at anchor from any attack.

Meanwhile, carrier-based aircraft of Russia's Arctic Sea Fleet performed training flights in the Mediterranean waters.

The crew of the fleet's fighters and helicopters acquired aeronautics while making several flights a day.
