He said in the message that Kim Jong Il would be remembered by the present and future generations of the DPRK and all the world progressives as a man who devoted his whole life and revolutionary enthusiasm to consolidating the gains of the socialist society and injected fresh vitality into the Korean people advancing along the road of progress and prosperity.

On behalf of the C.C., the Ukrainian Communist Party and on his own, the first secretary expressed the deepest condolences and sympathy to Kim Jong Un and all the people of the DPRK.
