The numbers of the concert, which began with the popular hymn for the leader "Cantata to Comrade Kim Jong Il", included chorus "His Life", male vocal solo and pangchang "When We Sing of Songun" and orchestral music and chorus "On the Path of Struggle under the Leadership of the General".

The performers sang of the brilliant life of leader Kim Jong Il, the great revolutionary and peerless patriot, who devoted his all to the victory of the Songun revolution and prosperity of the socialist country, holding high the red flag of the revolution.

Immortal masterpiece "Song of Best Wishes", represented in form of female trio and female pangchang, deeply moved the audience, recalling the course of Songun leadership that the illustrious commander continued in a field dress, locating the supreme command at the forefront of the revolution.

Male duet and male pangchang "We Long for You, General", female solos and pangchang "Attraction and Reverence" and "Here Is the Country Where I Live" and other numbers showed well the blood relationship between the leader and the army and people who share the will and feelings.

Pictures of Kim Jong Il were screened on the background of the performance stage, touching the audience to tears.

Choruses "Our March", "Might of Korea" and "Let Korea Advance" and narrative and orchestral music "Korea Has Risen Up" fully displayed the fixed faith that no force on earth can match the strength of Korea dashing ahead with the dear respected Kim Jong Un at the head of the revolution.
