Enterprises' Situation in Capitalist Countries Gets Worse

Pyongyang, January 9 (KCNA) -- Kobe Steel Ltd. of Japan said Friday it would book an appraisal loss of 13.8 billion yen on securities holdings in its group earnings statement for the April-December period of 2011. Business orders for the industrial products made-in-Germany fell 4.8 percent in November 2011 over the previous month, official figures showed on Friday. Retail sales in the 17 eurozone nations dropped by 0.8 percent in November, according to a report published by Eurostat, the statistical office of the European Union. Year on year, retail trade was down by 2.5 percent in the eurozone. |
