The joint New Year editorial serves as the banner of struggle for the victory in the cause of building a thriving nation as it indicated tasks and ways to be carried out by the Korean people in 2012.

The cause of Juche and the revolutionary traditions of Mt. Paektu will be creditably carried forward by Kim Jong Un, supreme leader of the party, state and army of the DPRK, forever.

The Guinean Preparatory Committee for Commemorating the Centenary of Birth of President Kim Il Sung and the Guinean National Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea jointly issued a bulletin, which carried the full text of the joint editorial "Glorify this year 2012 as a year of proud victory, a year when an era of prosperity is unfolding, true to the instructions of the great General Kim Jong Il".
