The meeting reviewed the activities of the committee last year including memorial events on the demise of General Secretary Kim Jong Il.

It discussed measures for intensifying the study and dissemination of the Juche idea and the Songun idea this year marking the centenary of birth of President Kim Il Sung and the 70th anniversary of birth of Kim Jong Il.

The president of the Committee stressed the need for the Mexican adherents to the Juche idea to stand at the head of the world followers of the Juche idea and contribute to the successful World Conference on the Juche Idea.

He called on the adherents to the Juche idea to make redoubled efforts to intensify their activities, upholding the leadership of Kim Jong Un, great successor to the revolutionary cause of Juche.
