The Blagobeshensk, Russia, Group for the Study of the Juche Idea and Songun Idea said this at its annual meeting held on Jan. 8.

Its participants were briefed on the main contents of the joint editorial issued by Rodong Sinmun, Joson Inmingun and Chongnyon Jonwi, leading newspapers of the DPRK.

A. I. Donchenko, chief of the Group, noted in his report:

The demise of Kim Jong Il is a great loss to the Korean revolution and global socialist movement.

Now that the Korean people have risen up by overcoming their sorrow over his demise with strength and courage, the Russian adherents to the Juche idea and the Songun idea should make positive efforts to defend the Korean revolution and support socialist construction of the Korean people.
