Present there were personages and members of the People's Socialist Party, Committee for the Study of Kimilsungism, Institute for the Study of the Juche Idea, Fellowship Institute to Honor the Memory of President Kim Il Sung, Mexico-Korea Friendship Association and the Committee for Supporting Korea's Reunification of Mexico.

The participants paid a silent tribute to the memory of General Secretary Kim Jong Il.

The meeting reviewed the last year's activities of the preparatory committee and discussed measures for commemorating the centenary of birth of Kim Il Sung more significantly.
