Lee Myung Bak in his "special New Year address" blustered that the "door of dialogue remains opened to the north" and the like.

His minion the minister of Unification echoed his remarks about "building of channel of dialogue" and "unlimited consultation," asserting that he hoped "north would make a good choice."

It is a preposterous and the height of folly for the worst hooligans to talk about "dialogue" as they rubbed salt into the wounds of their compatriots stricken with bitterest sorrow at the loss of the nation's father.

Lee is a confrontation maniac who has neither qualifications nor face to talk about dialogue.

From the very day Lee came to power, he branded the June 15 joint declaration and the October 4 declaration which reflected the unanimous desire of all Koreans for national reunification as "documents for operations against the south" and bills unrepairable. It was again the Lee Myung Bak group of traitors who scuttled multi-faceted dialogues and contacts overnight though they had been under way between the north and the south.

When the DPRK proposed dialogue prompted by the desire to save the inter-Korean relations from catastrophe last year, the group persistently turned it down, claiming that "it was a political offensive without sincerity" and "a strategy to take initiative."

It was none other than the group of traitors which pushed the situation on the Korean Peninsula to the brink of a war by deploying huge armed forces in the forefront areas fraught with the danger of clashes over the last period of its office.

The Lee group is the arch criminal who brought the inter-Korean relations to a total collapse though they had favorably developed since the publication of the June 15 joint declaration and a stumbling block lying in the way of national reunification and peace and prosperity.

These confrontation maniacs dare talk about "dialogue" though they have committed thrice-cursed crimes during the nation's mourning over the great loss. This is another challenge to the DPRK.

The DPRK solemnly declared before the world that it would never deal with the Lee Myung Bak group of traitors, foolish politicians and immoral under-wits.

Nevertheless, the group of traitors is shameless enough to let loose a spate of balderdash about "dialogue" from the outset of the year. This is nothing but sheer sophism to evade the responsibility for deteriorating the inter-Korean relations and cover up its unpardonable unethical crimes committed by it against the Koreans.

With no crafty trick can the Lee group dodge the responsibility for bringing the inter-Korean ties to a collapse and evade the blame for the crimes committed by it during the mourning period.
