Though a lot of changes have taken place in the world the U.S. is persistently attempting to realize its domination over the world, the secretary noted, disclosing that the present U.S. administration has tried to contain China and occupy the resources of Russia after adopting the Asian-Pacific region as a main target of its foreign policy.

Russia has difference with the U.S. in views to main issues including the missile defence system in Europe, the secretary said, adding that China, too, is opposed to the U.S. plan for establishment of MD in the world.
