The work, published on October 2, Juche 84 (1995), serves as a great programme for party building and activities as it reviews with pride the glorious history of the Workers' Party of Korea which paved a new path for building a revolutionary party in the era of independence under the leadership of President Kim Il Sung and indicates a way of strengthening the WPK into the eternal party of the President.
