Russia Opposes Sanctions on Iran: Vice FM

| Moscow, January 22 (KCNA) -- A vice-minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia in a recent press conference clarified the country's stand against sanctions on Iran. Russia views sanctions on Iran have lost their mission, he said. The West proposes a package of economic sanctions on Iran, he noted, adding Russia disagrees with this. |
