Pro-reunification Personage Sentenced to Prison-term in S. Korea

| Pyongyang, January 23 (KCNA) -- The Seoul High Court of south Korea on Jan. 20 held a hearing on appeal for Han Chung Mok, co-representative of the Solidarity for Progress, at which it sentenced him to 18 months in jail, stay of execution of three years and 18 months of suspension of qualifications. The fascist authorities took this tyrannical action against him on the charge that he was involved in the anti-U.S. struggle including a rally demanding the removal of the statue of MacArthur at the instruction of the north. |
