Solidarity with Korean People Expressed in Syria

| Pyongyang, January 24 (KCNA) -- Saber Ballul, head of a department of the Political Faculty of University of Damascus of Syria, on Jan. 15 issued a statement in support of the joint New Year editorial of the DPRK. The statement said: The Korean people greeted 2012, the New Year, in tears of blood over the untimely demise of leader Kim Jong Il. The progressive mankind is firmly convinced that the Korean people will register signal successes in the efforts to accomplish the cause of national reunification and build a thriving socialist country, true to the behests of Kim Jong Il under the leadership of the dear respected Kim Jong Un who is identical to Kim Jong Il. We fully support the Korean people's struggle for national reunification. We heartily wish only victory and glory always to the friendly Korean people advancing under the wise leadership of Kim Jong Un. |
