Kim Jong Il watched a figure skating demonstration in last December and promised to send skates of the best quality to figure skaters.

The dear respected Kim Jong Un made sure that best figure skates were procured and sent them to the skaters as gifts of Kim Jong Il.

Yun Jin Il, a 20-year-old figure skater, told KCNA:

"I really miss leader Kim Jong Il. I wish I would perform a demonstration again for him.

He watched my performance last December and highly appreciated it. And he paid deep concern to our figure skates.

I will train hard and prove successful in international tournaments to add luster to the honor of the country."

Pak Chang Il, a 39-year-old coach, said:

"I have never expected that we would receive gifts of leader Kim Jong Il when all the people are still grieved at his demise.

I don't know how to describe my feelings.

I will never forget the day when the leader enjoyed a demonstration of figure skaters.

I will train many able figure skaters, true to his behests, making a contribution to the country's sports development."
