The ceremonies elected Slaboy January Guzowski, chairman of the Central Committee of the Poland-Korea Association, chairman of the Polish committee and Antti Sika Aho, chairman of the Finland-Korea Society, chairman of the Finish committee.

The committees decided to widely introduce the immortal exploits of Kim Jong Il and the achievements of the Korean people and hold various events including meetings, photo exhibitions and internet seminars.
