Ri Ung, a department director of the Central Committee of the association, told KCNA:

"The symposium is held early in May every year and scholars of medicine who hope to participate in the symposium should submit papers until March.

Those who have not submitted papers and members of organizations of supporters may take seats for the public in the symposium.

The symposium will be held, divided into all branches, including neuro surgery and internal medicine of respiratory organs.

Clinics, lectures, joint operations and sightseeing in scenic spots are also expected during the symposium.

The Medical Association of Korea is making full preparations to provide every possible convenience to the participants.

The association is a permanent scientific, social organization of health workers.
