The head of regulations and rules at the Cuban Ministry of Informatics and Communications, Wilfredo Lopez, condemned Washington's violation of international law, especially on regulations of the constitution, agreement and rules of radio-communications.

During his speech at the plenary session of the Conference, Lopez noted that the United States continues to broadcast television programs to Cubans from a plane owned by the U.S. government.

It is unacceptable that the U.S. government ignores and violates the regulations and commitments reached by the international community, Lopez underlined.
