Key Resolve and Foal Eagle are downright nuclear war exercises for aggression on the DPRK.

The south Korean group of traitors has asserted that they are "regular defensive exercises" and that they have nothing to do with the situation, in a bid to mislead public opinion at home and abroad, but such sophism can never work on anybody.

It is well-known fact that the situation of the Korean Peninsula got deteriorated whenever the said exercises were staged.

The group wants "dialogue" in words but seeks in actuality to provoke a war against the DPRK. Its wild design to invade the DPRK with the backing of the U.S. can never be realized.

It is the unshakable stand of the DPRK to return merciless and annihilating retaliation strike to any aggressors' provocation.

The U.S. and south Korean authorities are advised not to act rashly.
