Pyongyang, February 1 (KCNA) -- The Federation of Koreans in the U.S. posted on its homepage an article titled "New Year 2012 is a year when the people will decide final stern punishment" written by Ri Hung No, an editorialist of the federation, on Jan. 18. The article said that corrupt acts committed by the Lee Myung Bak "government" and the "Grand National Party" last year are crimes unprecedented in the history. The present south Korean regime spoiled politics and economy, totally denied the June 15 joint declaration and the October 4 declaration, guidelines for national reunification, and intentionally deteriorated inter-Korean relations, disclosing its pro-U.S. and pro-Japanese nature, it said, and went on: The candlelight demonstrations held across south Korea to denounce the regime for its humiliating diplomacy towards the U.S. and defeats of the GNP in elections proved that the people have forsaken the present regime and that the conservative forces can no longer deceive the people. The flunkeyist and conservative forces still make a mockery of people under the signboard of "renovation". What remains now is to sweep out them by the strength of the people. Those going against the peace and prosperity of the nation should be removed, the article said, calling for turning out in the struggle to severely punish the flunkeyist and conservative forces. |
