Eurozone Unemployment Rate Hits Record High at 10.4 pct

Pyongyang, February 3 (KCNA) -- The European Union's (EU) statistical bureau Eurostat said on Tuesday that 23.816 million men and women in the EU, of whom 16.469 million were in the eurozone, were unemployed in December last year. Compared with November, the number of persons unemployed increased by 24 thousand in the EU and by 20 thousand in the eurozone.
