Marked in posters are letters "National Fine Art Festival for Commemorating Centenary of Birth of Fatherly Leader" and the venue of the festival and its period.

Among them are a poster depicting the President's old home in Mangyongdae against the background of magnolia blossoms in full bloom, a poster portraying the Marshal's star on a red flag with letters reading "'The great sun of Songun Korea', National Fine Art Exhibition" and a poster with the letters reading "The 4th National Sketch Festival to Commemorate February 16" written on it.

Those posters represent the desire and wishes of the Korean people to hold Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il in high esteem and significantly commemorate the Day of the Sun and the Day of the Shining Star.
