| Pyongyang, February 5 (KCNA) -- Afghanistan and Pakistan on Wednesday made public a joint communique on an enhanced engagement for promoting bilateral cooperation in various fields. On the same day Cambodia and India signed a Memorandum of Understanding, aiming at helping Cambodia to establish information technology development centers in Phnom Penh municipality, Siem Reap and Preah Sihanouk provinces. |
