The seminar on the theme of "The great leader Kim Jong Il will always be with us" was posted on the Internet homepage of the Korean Friendship Association divided into general chapter, mourning chapter, photo and music columns.

The general chapter carried papers praising the immortal life and exploits of Kim Jong Il and the mourning chapter had an article captioned "The great leader Kim Jong Il will always live in our hearts" illustrated with the portrait of smiling Kim Jong Il and photos and an article dealing with mourning atmosphere in the DPRK and various parts of the world.

The photo column carried photos showing the revolutionary activities of Kim Jong Il and the dear respected Kim Jong Un and the music column Korean songs including immortal famous masterpiece "O Korea, I Will Add Glory to Thee" and "Thunder over Jong Il Peak".

At the seminar Anders Kristensen, co-chairman of the Nordic Cooperation Committee for Friendship and Solidarity with the Korean People who doubles as co-chairman of the International preparatory committee, made a keynote report titled "Outstanding leader Kim Jong Il in the 21st century".

The report was followed by speeches made by personages in various circles of 17 countries including the secretary general of the International Liaison Committee for Reunification and Peace in Korea, the president of the France-Korea Friendship Association, the chairman of the Korean Friendship Association, the chairman of the Ukraine-DPRK Association, the chairman of the Sweden-Korea Friendship Association and the chairman of the Romanian Socialist Union who are co-chairpersons of the International preparatory committee.

The reporter and speakers praised Kim Jong Il who performed the immortal exploits before the country, nation, era and history by leading the Korean people, guided by the idea and intention of President Kim Il Sung, most prominent leader in the 20th century, as a peerlessly great man and outstanding politician.

They said that the Songun politics of Kim Jong Il serves as an event to be specially recorded in carrying out the human cause of independence, praising the Songun leadership exploits he performed by providing a sure military guarantee for the prosperity of the country and opened a great heyday for building a thriving socialist nation.

They went on:

The idea and cause of HE Kim Jong Il have been invariably carried forward and accomplished by supreme leader Kim Jong Un. The noble august name and benevolent image of HE Kim Jong Il will always be remembered by the Korean people and progressive people and his revolutionary idea and immortal exploits go down long in the history.

The speakers called on the progressive people the world over to positively contribute to the cause of immortalizing Kim Jong Il in various forms and methods.

While the seminar was under way more than 26.7943 million people surfed its Internet homepage.

In connection with the seminar Alejandro Cao de Benos, chairman of the KFA, sent a letter to Kim Jong Un on January 28.
