It praised the undying ideological and theoretical feats Kim Jong Il performed by comprehensively developing in depth the Juche idea, Songun idea founded by President Kim Il Sung.

He safeguarded socialism and justice from the vicious moves of the imperialists to stifle it and led the cause of global independence to victory by enforcing Songun politics and in this course performed great exploits before the era and history, the bulletin noted, and continued:

His idea and cause would be successfully inherited and accomplished under the wise leadership of the dear respected Kim Jong Un.
