Colorful programs included poem and chorus "Cantata to Comrade Kim Jong Il", tale and chorus "February Is Spring", "General Kim Jong Il, Peerless Patriot", Oungum ensemble "The Great Bear Is a Star of Yearning" and women's vocal trio and small chorus "O, We Long For You".

The performers impressively sang their deep yearnings for the peerless patriot, father of the nation who continued his forced march till the last moments of his life.

Numbers like women's chorus "When We Sing of Songun", chorus "I'll Be the Flower to Herald the Spring" and Kayagum ensemble "Three Thousand-ri of Vinalon" helped the audience realize that thanks to the patriotic long march made by Kim Jong Il there took place many eye-opening events noteworthy in the history of the nation.

Poem and chorus "We Pledge" and "Footsteps" and men's chorus "Let Us Keep Pace with the General" touched the heartstrings of the audience. They reflected the pledge of the Korean people to be faithful persons of the era of a great surge who carry out the intention of the dear respected Kim Jong Un, upholding Kim Jong Il in high esteem for eternity.
