The work, published on June 19, Juche 84 (1995), clarifies the idea that in order to successfully accomplish the socialist cause it is necessary to make the ideological work a key priority with a firm hold on it. It also says the basic task of the ideological work is to imbue the whole society with the socialist idea and that the ideological work should be conducted on the principle and method suited to the intrinsic requirements of socialism.

His work "The Democratic People's Republic of Korea Is a Socialist State of Juche with Invincible Might" was jointly published by the Nepali National Preparatory Committee for Commemorating the 70th Birth Anniversary of Leader Kim Jong Il and the Study Forum for Self－Reliance of Nepal.

The work, published on Sept. 5, Juche 97 (2008), expounds the idea that the invincible might of the DPRK lies in always defending and glorifying President Kim Il Sung's Juche-based idea and feats of state building.
