The prize went to 104 youth league officials and members who have contributed to strengthening the league organizations into glorious Songun young vanguard ranks shining with the august name of President Kim Il Sung, performed feats in defending the country and building a thriving socialist nation and distinguished themselves in study and organizational life.

A decree of the Presidium of the DPRK Supreme People's Assembly on conferring the prize was issued on February 9.
