Following the publication of open questionnaire by the DPRK, the riff-raffs of the puppet authorities of south Korea bluffed that they "would constantly signal the north that a door is open for dialogue" and they "hope the north would respond with sincerity to the south's efforts for resuming dialogue."

These are no more than rhetoric of human scum.

The Lee group is wicked confrontation maniacs with no justification to talk about dialogue.

As soon as he took Chongwadae office, Lee put up "no nukes, opening and 3 000 dollars", a scenario for confrontation with fellow countrymen, as the "policy toward the north". He plunged the inter-Korean dialogue which had been brisk since the publication of the June 15 joint declaration, into a complete deadlock, saying "he would not have dialogue with the north unless it scraps its nukes and opens itself to the world."

Whenever opportunities for dialogue were provided thanks to the DPRK's sincere efforts, the group of traitors spoiled them and rubbed salt into the wounds of the fellow countrymen. It insulted the Korean people who shed tears mourning the great loss to the nation.

These worst evils and confrontation maniacs are impudently calling for "dialogue", a challenge and crime against the DPRK.

The Lee group is getting unprecedented in staging war exercises against the DPRK and kicking up confrontation racket while paying lip-service to "dialogue."

It toured the area along the Military Demarcation Line to slander the DPRK as "the most bellicose forces" and whip up confrontation consciousness among soldiers.

It is planning to stage, together with the U.S. imperialists, large-scale Key Resolve and Foal Eagle joint military exercises, drills for a war of aggression against the DPRK which still grieves over the great loss to the nation.

This has created acute military tensions.

The U.S. and Lee group are the arch criminals wrecking peace and escalating tensions on the peninsula and chieftains ruining the north-south ties and dialogue.

It is illogical for the confrontation maniacs to call for dialogue while staging a war of aggression.

Confrontation and dialogue can not go with each other.

Lurking behind their claim for "dialogue" is a sinister intention to mislead the public and thus evade the responsibility for the stalled north-south relations and elicit support for general election.

The double-dealing trick of the Lee group clearly proves that the dialogue and peace claimed by it precisely mean confrontation and war.

What remains to be done is to settle accounts with those confrontation maniacs, enemy of the nation, who always hatch plots to do harm to the compatriots.
