In the contest divided into four groups its participants competed in nine events.

Taking the first place in the men's basketball event were the Ministry of Railways, Academy of Social Sciences, Taesong Guidance Bureau and the General Bureau of Diplomatic Corps Affairs and in the women's basketball the State Planning Commission, Myohyang Guidance Bureau and the General Bureau of Diplomatic Corps Affairs. Placed first in the men's volleyball event were the Educational Commission, Kumsong Youth Publishing House, Kumgang Guidance Bureau and the Foreign Trade Bank and in the women's volleyball the Central Bank, Publication Guidance Bureau, General Bureau for Service for People and the General Bureau of Diplomatic Corps Affairs and in the table tennis event the Ministry of Food Procurement and Administration, Academy of Social Sciences, General Bureau for Service for People and the Foreign Trade Bank.

Winners of the groups in total standing were the Central Bank, Academy of Social Sciences, General Bureau for Service for People and the General Bureau of Diplomatic Corps Affairs.
