Present there were Nam Sung U, vice-chairman of the Central Standing Committee of Chongryon, Ko Tok U, its vice-chairman, Pae Jin Gu, its vice-chairman and general secretary, the chairman of the Central Audit Committee of Chongryon, the advisor of the Research Institute on History of Korean Residents in Japan, department directors of the Central Standing Committee of Chongryon, leading officials of central organizations and enterprises of Chongryon and Chongryon officials in the Kanto area.
