The organizational secretary of the Struggle for the Peace and Socialism of Italy in a statement titled "The undying feats performed by Supreme Leader Kim Jong Il will shine forever" said:

HE Kim Jong Il formulated the revolutionary idea of the great President Kim Il Sung as an integral system of ideas and theories and methods of Juche and pursued the policy of giving priority to ideology, turning the DPRK into a politico-ideological power and a military power.

Though HE Kim Jong Il passed away, the feats he performed on behalf of the Korean revolution, the era and history will shine long.

Saber Ballul, department head of the Political Faculty of University of Damascus, noted in a statement titled "On the occasion of the 70th birth anniversary of HE Kim Jong Il":

HE Kim Jong Il is always alive in the hearts of the Korean people and progressive humankind.

He developed the Workers' Party of Korea into a competent revolutionary party and turned the Korean People's Army into an invincible revolutionary army.
