Kim Jong Il's Birth Anniversary to Be Commemorated in Venezuela

| Pyongyang, February 16 (KCNA) -- A preparatory committee for commemorating the 70th birth anniversary of leader Kim Jong Il was inaugurated in Venezuela on February 9. Diego Antonio Rivero, chairman of the Venezuela-Korea Friendship and Solidarity Association, was elected chairman of the preparatory committee. The preparatory committee decided to organize colorful events including a remembrance meeting and seminar from February 9 to March 26. |
