The work, published on January 29, Juche 92 (2003), clarifies the idea that the Songun-based revolutionary line, the Songun politics of the Workers' Party of Korea, is an effective political mode in the present era which carried forward and developed the idea and line of President Kim Il Sung on attaching importance to arms and a scientific revolutionary line and a political mode that most correctly reflected the requirements of the times and the revolution.
