The ceaseless joint military exercises which the south Korean conservative group is staging together with outsiders are a clear manifestation of their invariable ambition to invade the DPRK.

The joint military exercises projected by it at a time when the Korean people are still grieving over their great loss are acts of treachery unimaginable for the Koreans.

It is entirely thanks to the powerful war deterrent built by the DPRK and its firm will to defend peace that no war has broken out despite reckless saber-rattling on the part of the U.S. and the south Korean warmongers.

If the war-like forces at home and abroad ignite a war, misjudging the DPRK's will for defending peace, they will perish in the flames kindled by themselves.
