Laid before full-length pictures of President Kim Il Sung standing together with Kim Jong Il were floral baskets from the Workers' Party, the People's Socialist Party, the Socialist Popular Party and the Socialist Party of Mexico, the Mexican National Coordinating Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea, the Mexican Committee for the Study of Kimilsungism, the Mexican Institute for the Study of the Juche Idea, the Mexican Friend Association for Memory of President Kim Il Sung, the Mexican Committee for Supporting Korea's Reunification and the Mexico-Korea Friendship Association, the Communist Party of Great Britain (Marxist-Leninist) and 16 Chinese institutions including the Hong Kong Zhonghwa Energy Fund Commission of China and the International Kim Il Sung Foundation.

Among those who presented the floral baskets were Coordinator (Leader) of the National Coordinating Committee of the Workers' Party of Mexico Alberto Anaya Gutierrez, the chairman of the National Workers' Party of Pakistan, Safdar Sindhu, secretary general of the Pakistan Trade Union Federation, Mohammad Ali Bara, secretary general of the Pakistan Peasants Committee, and Giancarlo Elia Valori, chairman of the Development Bank of the Mediterranean and chairman of the Italian General Investment Group.
