The work, published on July 26, Juche 85 (1996), clarifies the idea that the Juche philosophy is an original philosophy evolved and systematized with its intrinsic principles and a revolutionary and popular philosophy truly serving the popular masses in the struggle for independence.

It also indicates the tasks to study and explain the Juche philosophy as intended by the Party and strictly apply it in revolutionary practice.
