Upon authorization of the king and the great king, a delegation of Cambodia's Ministry of the Royal Palace led by Kong Sam Ol, deputy prime minister in charge of the Royal Palace, visited the DPRK embassy on February 16 to lay the floral baskets before the portraits of President Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il there.

The deputy prime minister said that the king and the great king and queen and all the Cambodian people are rejoiced over the signal achievements made by the DPRK and its people in the work for prosperity and progress of the country under the leadership of Generalissimo Kim Jong Il and warmly congratulate them on this.

We hope that the Workers' Party of Korea and the army and people of the DPRK would achieve greater successes in creditably accomplishing the revolutionary cause of Juche of Generalissimo H.E. Kim Il Sung and H.E. Generalissimo Kim Jong Il and building a thriving nation, rallied as one in mind around the dear respected H.E. Kim Jong Un, supreme leader, he said.
