The floor was taken by the general secretary of the International Alliance of Societies for the Study of the Juche Idea and Songun Policy in East European and Central Asian Regions, the chairman of the All-Russian Society for the Study and Dissemination of Kimilsungism, the chairman of the Russian Society for Promoting the Study and Dissemination of Comrade Kim Jong Il's Works, the chairman of the Russian Association for the Study of the Juche Idea, the chairman of the Ukrainian "Treasured Sword of Songun" Association for the Study of the Juche Idea, the chairman of the Kazakh Kim Jong Il Association for the Study and Dissemination of the Juche Idea and other personages. Their speeches were titled "Comrade Kim Jong Il, noble paragon of people's leader", "It is behests and feats of the great leader Comrade Kim Jong Il to carry on the revolution generation after generation," etc.

The speakers praised him as a distinguished thinker and theoretician and man of action and a world-famous statesman who indicated the way to be followed by the era of independence with his original Songun politics.

He was the people's genuine leader who devoted his whole life to the prosperity of the country and happiness of its people, regarding it as his maxim to believe in people as in Heaven.

A letter to the dear respected Kim Jong Un was adopted at the seminar.
